We at Enchanted Wood gladly accept returns, sometimes you simply change your mind. Please contact us via email within 14 days of delivery and return goods within 30 days of delivery - please see below.

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty please return it to us with all the original packaging and we will give a full refund should the item be found to be faulty. All postage costs will be refunded

Unwanted items can be returned if you change your mind, Please return it to us with all the original packaging and we will give a full refund after we have checked the goods.

They must be in saleable condition and unopened and unused. The postage will be paid by the returning customer
