We at Enchanted Wood gladly accept returns, sometimes you simply change your mind. Please contact us via email info@enchantedwood.uk within 14 days of delivery and return goods within 30 days of delivery - please see below.​            

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty please return it to us with all the original packaging and we will give a full refund should the item be found to be faulty. All postage costs will be refunded​

Unwanted Items​

Unwanted items can be returned if you change your mind, Please return it to us with all the original packaging and we will give a full refund after we have checked the goods.

They must be in saleable condition and unopened and unused. The postage will be paid by the returning customer

HANDLING TIMES

​We aim to dispatch all orders ordered before 2pm the same day but this can be delayed during busy periods. For urgent orders please select the 24 Hour option and we will guarantee to dispatch your order within 24 hours on receipt of order.

Orders dispatched with the 24 Hour option on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If for any reason we cannot fulfil an order we will also aim to contact you to inform you of the reason for the delay within 24 hours.

We use Royal Mail - If you receive a card to say that they have attempted delivery please, contact the Royal Mail using the details on the calling card to arrange re-delivery or collection. If an item is uncollected/undelivered the Royal Mail will normally hold items for 18 days, before returning to us.

Any fines, fees and subsequent re-delivery costs will be passed on to you.

When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable.
